AT&T Fiber with Fortigate Firewall

I am unable to access the internet when trying to replace my AT&T router. I have applied the settings to the Fortigate and I have no access. I HAVE APPLIED MY PUBLIC IP SETTINGS TO MY LAPTOP AND TRIED TO CONNECT DIRECTLY WITH NO SUCCESS.

Is there something special AT&T needs to change on their end if I want to replace my router?
