ATT Fiber - Modem loses service periodically

I have the ATT fiber service.  At least once per week all my equipment shows offline.   I Unplug the modem for 30 seconds, wait a few minutes and all is working again.  I have called/chatted with support and they could not find any issues, they offered to roll a truck at my expense unless an issue was found.  I declined the truck roll as I don't want to pay $100 for them to tell me there is no issue or its intermittent. 

Has anyone come across this issue and found a resolution?
