AT&T Fiber is brand new but ridiculously slow
We got our Fiber installed yesterday, but so far I see no difference and only decline. Running speed tests on my computer gives very good results (8 ping, 344.25 download, 215.72 upload), but the actual internet only feels slower on most websites and I couldn't even load a game on my Xbox (Xbox said it had 280 ping). What's wrong? Is AT&T fiber just a big scam?

We understand that you're have poor performance with your fiber internet. Don't worry, we can help with that.
Are you getting any errors when trying to game online, if so what did it state?
Also have you tried port forwarding to your Xbox to see if the lag still exist. Please let us know if that helps with gaming lag. Please try factory resetting the router as well before you port forward. Let us know if it works for you.
Found out what could be affecting your internet speed.
