ATT Block My Personal WEB domain

I have a Synology nas at home that serves as a webserver.
I am paying for 5 fixed ips.
to be able to have a couple of websites in the nas.
everything worked fine for more than a year.
but today one of the pages has this message when I try to access it from any external side.
look at the attachment that and included.
this message comes out by accessing my web from outside my network.

We are here to help get your website back up and running, @.

When did this start happening?

Is this a related to a business account?

Have you rebooted your gateway?

We recommend that you reboot your gateway, because this will refresh everything. You may also need to make sure that everything is updated on your webpage, or it could be blocked on our side.

Also, here is a forums conversation with more information about troubleshooting blocked websites.

Let us know if this helps.
