Arris BGW210-700 and Apple Time Capsule or Airport Extreme internet not found
I am trying to upgrade to AT&T fiber and they provided an Arris BGW210-700 "gateway" and I have several Apple Time Capsule and Airport Extreme routers. The error I am receiving from the Airport Extreme/Time Capsule is "internet not found." I have done the following to the BGW210
-Disabled DHCP
-Disabled both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHx wifi radios
-Disabled packet filters
-Changed "Allocation Mode" to Passthrough
-Changed the "Passthrough Mode" to Manual
-Added the MAC address of my Airport Extreme/Time Capsule to the "passthrough Fixed MAC address" field.
-Restarted the BGW210.
Still receive the error of "no internet"

On our website we have a great resource for our customers. It is called the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. When you click on the link I provided, there will be a place to sign into your account or you can choose installation and setup.
