Aris BGW210 - Cascaded Router not saving - Session Refused

I have moved my service to a new address last week and now with a new Aris BGW210 all working but when I try to add the Cascaded Route option to add my static IP the modem take 20s and show session refused and not take the config and requires me to reboot the modem to be able to connect back on the modem portal.

I have IP Pass-thought disable and firewall too.

Any one have an idea how to fix it?

AT&T support have no clue what I'm talking about.

Thanks,

Fred

I found, downloaded and installed 2.4.4 and it solved the issue for me. I still have some additional configuration to do but I'm working.

I had gone out an purchased a router, but with this up date I was able to revert to my old iptables configuration which worked just fine and is working again.

Is there a possibility that ATT will decide to revert my firmware to the original broken version?

I found downloaded and installed firmware version 2.4.4. It fixed the problem and didn't change any of my settlings.

I still have a little configuration to do but even my old iptables set up on Linux works now.

I wonder if ATT will decide to down grade the firmware?

Hi Guys,

Just FYI My version is still; Current software version: 1.10.9

Model Number BGW210-700

So I saw you mentioned 2.4.4 clearly I'm on a very old version but still working.

Good to hear that the version 2.4.4 fix for everybody.

Regards

I'm not sure when the problem started, as far as I can tell it was when version 2.3.4 was pushed out starting in September. There are posts here about people successfully using the Cascaded Router feature on older versions of the firmware.
