Aris BGW210 - Cascaded Router not saving - Session Refused

I have moved my service to a new address last week and now with a new Aris BGW210 all working but when I try to add the Cascaded Route option to add my static IP the modem take 20s and show session refused and not take the config and requires me to reboot the modem to be able to connect back on the modem portal.

I have IP Pass-thought disable and firewall too.

Any one have an idea how to fix it?

AT&T support have no clue what I'm talking about.

Thanks,

Fred

As you can see is working and I have more than 943 session in use and my source address is my FW (cascaded router) and as I mentioned before is working fine.

Thanks,

Fred

Where is the NAT table located in the BGW210? I don't see it.

It can found in the admin panel of the modem, under Diagnostics, and then NAT Table.

Hi,

We tested on our end, and it appears to be working fine. One thing that may be needed is to do a complete factory reset in the settings and set everything back up. If still having problems, please send us a Private Message with your account information, and we will look into this further and get this issue corrected.

@fredjrd2

Was the firmware the same version? I have 2.3.4 and it doesn't work.

Were you able to save the Cascaded Router Settings?

If so what did you use?

Did you need to make any other changes?

ATT is supposed to send another Gateway out to me, We'll see.

I spent over an hour on the phone with one of your support people, who contacted me to follow up this morning. He was unable to configure the Cascaded Router. Attempting to save the settings causes a "session refused" error and freezes the Gateway Interface requiring a reset.

Those still having problems should try 2.4.4 firmware to see if that fixes the problem.

Where does one get that firmware and why doesn't ATT support know about it?

2.4.4 solved the Cascaded router issue for me, for those wondering I found the link for the firmware towards the end of this thread.

https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r32323881-BGW210-Firmware-1-9-14-15-16-2-3-4-2-4-4~start=420

Now by default my NAT table looks the same, so at a glance its appearing like this feature, just like support claims, will not help me out.
