Anyway to expedite repair?

My gigabit internet has gone down with no PON light on the ONT. I am in the middle of writing my PhD dissertation with is due in 6 DAYS. So this is possibly the worst timing of my life. ATT says they can only get a technician out on Wednesday...2 days before it’s due. I can tether my phone but it’s not ideal. Is there anyway to expedite this?
