5 Day Fiber Outage
Today is day 5 of sitting in an outage. No service. I have called customer support every day and after waiting about 15 minutes they tell me once again we are in an outage and they will be out right away (same thing they said 5 days ago). We are in Durham NC.

Do not download the app. It is nothing different from the website. It does give ATT access to your mobile device.
Fiber has been down for me for 4 days now. NO ONE AT AT&T ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT ANY OF US.
