1GB Wired. 20mb WiFi on laptop 5 feet away.
I'm not getting near the wifi speed I would expect on a laptop 5 feet from my new BGW210-700 router. Was getting better on the 5268ac. See anywhere from 120mb on the high tests right after equipment reboots down to more common 15 to 20mb tests. I have 15 to 20 devices that can connect. Laptop, two phones, 3 tablets, 2 Chromecast, 3 Google speakers, nest thermostat and doorbell, etc. What should I expect here? I would think I should be pulling at least 200mb on the laptop near the router? Do I just pass through to my own high end router instead?

Not sure why you settled on 200Mbps, but hard to answer without more info.
When you bring up management console in browser, 192.168.1.254, which radio is laptop connecting to? If you really want to test best throughput, disconnect everything else, and test device with both wired if possible and wireless. The laptop should show connected via 5GHz if it is relatively new.
