100% packet loss every 15mins

I play Call of Duty and it lets me have a clock and latency information on the screen as I play and ever since I got the fiber plan I can track in real time my packet loss which is every 15 min interval. This is very annoying to deal with and I was hoping there was a solution to this issue. I’ve tried port forwarding changing my Ethernet wire and even moving right next to the router but nothing seems to work.

Performing a factory reset on the gateway usually helps with this kind of issue. Locate the small red button and pinhole on the lower rear of the gateway and depress for about 15 seconds. Keep in mind that this will return all gateway settings to a default state. Any custom Wi-Fi passwords, Wi-Fi names, SSID, Static IP, and Port Forwarding rules will be lost.
