Why does my AutoPay isn't ready?

I have applied for Autopay for 2 months, but my bill is still not automatically paid, I pay an extra $5 per month for this, what is the reason?

Do you have autopay and paperless billing or just autopay?  Looks like you need both for the discount.  Have you logged into your account and checked to see if it is setup?

 I need both autopay and paperless billing to be enabled for automatic payment, is that right? thanks for the reply.

Just as our ACE @Fl_retire mentioned, you need both AutoPay and paperless billing to be eligible for the discount. Be aware that once you sign up for both, it can take 22-3 billing cycles for the discounts to take effect.
