Who do you complain to?
Just spent over an hour with chat AIBot giving me fits, chats getting closed out, phone calls getting transferred to DirecTV , and on and on. Account change finally (partially) successfully processed but with no documentation available if it doesn’t go through except “call back”. And no, there’s not an email you can use to share concerns, use feedback option and we will get back to you. Except feedback didn’t ask how to reach me.
