Where's my cards

It said that I would get a $100 reward card and a $50 card if I signed up for AT&T fiber when ordering through myatt account.   I did,  and went to the rewards center to claim my reward and now it's saying I'm disqualified.   False advertising!

You’ll get a reward letter with a claim number, within 4 weeks of installing an eligible service. You can claim your reward before the deadline, go to the Reward Center and Claim your rewards by following these steps: 

  1. Enter the claim number or AT&T account number and ZIP Code.
  2. Select Go to see your rewards.
  3. Choose Claim it now.
  4. Confirm and accept the Terms & Conditions, then select Continue.
  5. Enter an email address or a phone number so we can keep you posted on your reward status.

Note: To redeem your reward, you must claim it within 75 days from the date on your notification and keep your service active.
