What do I do about this billing issue

I am unable to add my new bank account. i tried contacting customer service but they said their system was broken and they couldn’t look up customer info. There is no way for me to pay my bill because the AT&T website gives me an error every time I try to add my bank account.

You will most definitely be able to receive assistance with registering your bank account or paying your bill at an authorized retailer or in-person payment location. You may also find the information in our support site helpful for more information on how to pay your bill in person.

Thanks for nothing! I can't call because you blocked me from network use. I guess I just have to go in person to get this fixed??
