Was promised $300 card in advertisements but only got $200 card in mail

Hi all,

I am a current AT&T Wireless customer with Unlimited Elite service, and I recently signed up for AT&T Fiber (switching from Cable) and I was promised a $300 gift card to switch over with eligible wireless service (which I qualify for with Unlimited Elite). I got the email, filled out the form and when the card arrived it was only a $200 gift card, not $300.

Is there anyone I can contact to get the additional $100 that was promised to me from the offer?

Did you order Online or over the phone. The $300 Visa Reward Card is only valid on On-line orders. That you complete On-online without a phone CSR rep. Most of the larger rewards are only valid on On-Line orders that down require CSR phone support.

Did you check you online account to see if you have a second Reward to Claim or by checking the Reward Site by entering your Account number and Zipcode to claim your additional reward by pressing the Blue Access your Rewards link and then entering your AT&T Account number and your Zipcode.

Note: you only have 75 days to claim all rewards and the Visa Debit Cards are good for 6 months from date of issue.

Thanks, Dave. I did order online, so something must have gotten crossed when the order was referred to the fulfillment house.

I'll reach out to the Rewards Center team (mentioned above by ATTHelp) to get this resolved.
