Unable to Get Help So Far - No Information Yet on ATT FIber AppleTV Promotion
Hello, I have tried to get some information on how to receive my AppleTV promotion for signing up for gigabit internet.
My service was installed March 1st, and I can't get anyone to help. I have spent time on chat. I was supposed to have a supervisor call me, but that never happened. The customer service representative I chat with said she couldn't find any promotion during that time, so perhaps the records don't go back that far. However, there was a promotion then for either an AppleTV4k or a pre-paid card. This promo is what brought me over from Xfinity.
