Three scheduled payments did not go through after the scheduled date passed.

I have scheduled three different payments over the last few months.  None of the payments went through, and after the scheduled date passes, I cannot see a record of them having ever existed.  They just disappeared. Payment was to be through my credit card.  My credit card company has no record that a charge was even attempted.

Your 800 number was not helpful.  They (the Phillipines service people) don't seem to understand technical problems about your payment scheduling system.

That means you have no help available for this problem.

No reason to ever reach back out, since your referrals are useless.

Why does it not surprise me that I have found this to be a continuous issue with ATT and not processing scheduled payments! Conveniently they receive every “scheduled” payment, except for the one right before your service is due interrupted causing you to pay an entire months bill a day after due date! I have been with ATT for over 15 years and it’s only going down hill! They force you to make a payment in full bc conveniently they have “no record” of a scheduled payment! Don’t offer to send proof they can’t receive their own emails!

The solution I was given was to make the payment and then do a stop pay with my bank and call back to set up payment arrangements! Like what a joke, you

didn’t honor the already scheduled payment arrangements to put us in this situation! Shame on you ATT, you make Verizon look so much better every month!

@Kellimari

This is a public forum, not official support, so nobody here can look into payment issues with your account. If you had this happen more than once like the OP did, and over the phone support cannot resolve, then you file a BBB complaint. Goes to upper management which usually results in contact back from their Office of the President within a few business days.

If you have other questions or guidance needed, please start a new thread if you cannot find one that is recent. Thread from 2021 - CLOSED
