That number is already linked to another user ID. Choose another number. Security addresses/numbers are wrong
Hello,
I am having the same issues many seem to be having. Under profile - my phone number for recovery is "None".

I add my cellphone number (which is the main number on my account) It says the Number is linked to another user. (What user??)
I also logged in on the webpage to att.com and reset password. It popped up numbers to confirm/verify that are family members and WORSE, my Ex-GF's Email Address. Her number was ported off my account 7 months ago and have no idea why I am seeing anything about her. The rest of the family members are not listed as secondary users and I have no way to see or change these settings Please assist.
