Solution: Error Cannot open Copyright-Infringement video

Creating this post just in case someone else stumbles here. 

Issue was that, when i got the email to complete the tutorial, i couldnt visit the website.

Solved it using incognito. 

2nd issue. 

When i clicked the take tutorial button, it would ask me to login and then error out. 

I had created an account when i had TV subscription and i subscribed to internet using the same email id.

So i was piggybacking my internet account on my TV sub account.

What i did to solve was 

1) Went to Profile

2) In the "My linked accounts"  section look for the Internet section. 

3) My member id -- > Primary was blank and so it gave me the option to create new one.

4) Created a new id.

5) Successfully able to complete the tutorial.
