Smart home app

I got my att wifi box in the mail  downloaded the smart home app followed the simple instructions and when it gets to the last part to load that says it may take 30 mins it stop loading at the same spot every time ??

Please ensure that we have followed all activation steps before going into Smart Home Manager to complete the registration. 

- Please ensure that the gateway kit is correctly installed by double checking all ports are connected and the adapter is plugged in. 

- Run the Smart Home Manager app to complete installation.

-If you experience any pausing or interruptions when loading, please reboot your device and close out any other applications being used on the device before running our Smart Home Manager app.
