Slow Speed

I have Gigabit service plan, earlier in the week I had 750 mps download, today I have 90.

Ran all the troubleshooters and still no fix

We recommend that you reboot your gateway, because this will reinitialize everything.

 

You can also use our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool, for more advanced troubleshooting. This will help detect outages, line issues, and tell you if you need a tech appointment.

monitor speedtests for a week. This could be a temporary issue. Try different servers too. It’s not uncommon for a server to have issues too.
