Slow speed and lack of support

On 1G services and speeds are all over the place. What's disturbing is the ATT test at http://speedtest.att.com/speedtest/ shows 54.5K download and 315.5 uploads. However, when you call support, 5 minutes after running the test, the automated systems tells me that everything is working fine and hangs up. Serious?!

We suggest downloading our Smart Home Manager, and running a speed test using the application. While most other speed tests determine the how fast your device is getting internet access, the Smart Home Manager will find out how much speed your modem is receiving. 

 

Smart Home Manager may have recommended actions to improve your internet. Aside from that, we can also help you pinpoint where the issue may be occurring with the information you can provide us.
