SD024 Error when accepting billing responsibility
This is ridiculous I have posted so many comments, called ATT support and no one is able to help me they just say. Sorry. I am about ready to cancel everything and go to Spectrum. I should have done that last week but I didnot I believed the att guy when he said I could do this. It is very frustrating. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get help. I have spent hours on line trying to find the issue. I have tried every browser out there and none of them will allow me to do the transfer. There has to be a way to conplete this without going on line.
I need help.
