Safari not letting me sign in to Currently, keeps showing logout successful

In Safari on an iMac. I signed out to change accounts for email. Now I cannot get to a sign in screen. It just keeps cycling in the URL window to sign in then logout successful with nothing on the screen. I could sign in with Google. It may be a Safari problem. I have restarted computer and rebooted the gateway.

Hello @tweasterling, let’s get your E-mail up and running again.


The latest Safari update was released September 16, 2020. AT&T and Apple may have not yet updated our applications to the new specifications to work together correctly which can cause issues. Our new updates may not be ready just yet. Some updates are rolled out slowly and not all devices will get them at the same time. This is a safety precaution in case of issues.


We are working on this and the problem will not persist. While other browsers are working we recommend using them in the meantime.
