Rewards Bait and Switch
When I signed on with ATT I was promised a $200 reward and a $100 reward. It was, in fact, one of the reasons I chose ATT. And a point that I clarified. When I didn’t receive reward cards, I called and was told it takes time. Called again and was walked through the process with a customer service rep in the Rewards Dept. She said I was all set and would receive the cards in 2-3 weeks. When I still did not receive the rewards called again and was told I didn’t qualify for the $200 reward only the $100 reward. I feel as if I was told about the rewards to gain my business and once they had it their word meant nothing. Extremely unhappy with ATT and will not recommend them to anyone. It may not seem like a lot but it’s the principal and integrity that is so disappointing. Am now considering switching
