ReverseDNS (RDNS)
I have static ip address with AT&T. How do I set up ReverseDNS (RDNS) or "pointer records" (PTR) for my static ip addresses?

We're here to help point you in the right direction, lmccourry!
Since your router is working as intended, we suggest reaching out to our paid service, AT&T Tech360, if you have any concerns about configuration. They can provide you comprehensive solutions to anything you may face.
Feel free to reach back out to us if you have any questions regarding your AT&T service. Thank you for being a valued member of AT&T!

Your paid Tech360 service is broken. Their website won't take credit cards to sign up. That's aside from the fact that you shouldn't have to pay for support for the service you already pay for, but with AT&T...Verizon FIOS and Google fiber, and most other ISPs don't charge for this.

This website with the URL http://att.net/dns goes nowhere and the Email prov-dns@att.com rejects external mail. What is the updated means to get a Reverse DNS in 2022?
