Restoring internet with a payment arrangement
I had my internet suspended due to a past due amount. The online rep told me to call the accounts department and they could restore my service with a payment arrangement. Has anyone had this encounter and have they been able to help like this before?

Payment arrangement needs to be made before past due, not after suspension.
Note per the TOS monthly billing continues, bill increases, while suspended.
To stop the continued billing would need to cancel your account, then only owe for past due.

No your account must be paid to zero before service will be restored
