Promised $100 Inconvenience Rewards Card but Never Received it
When I first signed up for AT&T Fiber, I was told because of a delay in the installation date, I would receive a $100 inconvenience rewards card. However, I never received it, and from there I decided to call AT&T to figure out where it was. I was routed to AT&T rewards, who told me that while they could see that a $100 inconvenience rewards card was being processed, it was being blocked by another part of AT&T. So I called the normal AT&T number and was eventually routed to someone, I believe on sales, who told me that an inconvenience rewards card doesn't exist and that in her 14 years she's never heard of it. I was then routed to someone else who told me the same thing, and when I told her everyone I had spoken to up to that point had acknowledged the existence of it, and I was definitely told I would receive it when I signed up, she hung up the call. I'm literally at a loss for what to do now.

Another person who posted this thread almost a year ago mentions the same claim of an inconvenience reward: https://forums.att.com/t5/Wireless-Account/Over-Charging-and-Inconvenience/td-p/5427112
I was definitely told I would receive one when I registered for my service. Maybe there's a transcript somewhere?

Nobody here can help you this is a customer to customer forum we are all just customers here, some of us are employees but are here as customers only and have no authority to assist. unfortunately calling in is the only way to get the ball rolling, or possibly clicking the contact link on the bottom of the page and chat in with an agent
