Professional Installation Fee only waived for customers who order service by phone?
I ordered my AT&T Internet 1000 serice via the website, and the website copy stated that "Professional installation fee" of $99 would be waived. However, I received my first bill today and was charged a fee. I called Customer Support, and the CSR claims the fee is only waived for customers who call and order service. The website had no such thing written, else I would have called and ordered my service. So is the website incorrect or is the CSR misinformed?
