Payment through my Bank, signed up for wrong account

I signed up for payment of my bill through USAA.  They have dealt with AT&T many times, and I could find just "Internet" out of the choices, so I chose U-verse.  Apparently, they were NOT the right choice.

Then I got this HUGE bill, and the payment site (at AT&T) would not let me pay the partial amount;  I had to pay the whole amount, so there is half my payment (March's Payment) floating around AT&T that nobody knows about...

I just need an bill address, or routing number so this won't happen in the future.

PS: I'm assuming that "Title" and "Subject" (see above) are interchangeable?  You might want to get someone on that...
