Outage in Eastern Kentucky
Outage in E KY has been since Monday. It has taken out land lines also. No internet or land line phone since Monday March 27. No estimated time as to when it will be back on. When I call or message. They either leave the message service before answering or tell me they don't know when it will be back on. I check non stop on the outage page and all it says is fixed in the next 24 hours but it said that on Monday. The person I talked on phone with said they were not told when it would be back up. Very sad with no service :-(
Just tell me what is the issue and if it will be back up and when... please. Thank you.

This is a customer forum so you won’t get any outage info. Phone support won’t know outage details.
Have you confirmed neighbors service is out? Restarted your gateway?

Yes I did. You won’t get an answer from att here. Sometimes the outage info is wrong. You can restart your gateway to see if service has been restored. Att is so big, one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. So an outage can be fixed without the outage page being updated.

You are just so funny........ as if you think I didn't try all that before I came here. It is an area wide outage that they are not giving any time frame for it to be fixed or what is wrong. The whole area is out.... just to clarify again for you. You have a fantastic rest of your day.... and stay safe.
