Only house in two neighborhoods that cannot get Fiber, mistake in database?

I'm moving into a house that is the only house that could not get AT&T 10000 (Fiber).  However, 63 houses can.  I know this because I manually entered all 63 addresses to see if they can get the services online and they can (yes, all 63 can get AT&T 1000). My house is not in a odd place.  I can post a screenshot of the two neighborhood.  I already talked to several reps online and on phone for weeks.  They all told me I can't get service because the system said so.  I tried to get them to send a technician out here to confirm but, again, they referred to the system that I cannot get service so they can't send a technician to service a house that cannot get service.  They even gave me ticket numbers for their engineers to review and THEY gave the same answers as the tech because the information in the system said so.


This is so frustrating.  I'm absolutely certain my address was not entered correctly or a check mark box didn't get checked for Fiber when Fiber went live in these neighborhood a couple months ago.  Anyone has any suggestion?
