Never got promised Reward Card
On my ATT contract it says I must wait 90 days before I can get my reward card. Nothing was ever sent to me and when I tried to redeem it said I wasn't eligible. I called and they refused to help me. Does ATT not stand behind their promises? I'm wondering if I just need to cancel my service and switch back to my old provider.
