Need port 25 unblocked for business account with static IPs
Who do I have to talk to in order to unblock port 25? We are running our own mail server, and we just transferred service to AT&T. We have a business account with a static IP block. Any help would be much appreciated.

Charlene, I was not able to identify the chat icon next to the bell icon on this page, or the root of this page. But, I have called the business assistance number, and after fighting for a bit with the automated answering bot I reached John A. (he gave me his last name initial afterwards, when I asked him). He was instantly knowledgeable, got it done in about 45 seconds after I explained what I needed - even though he claimed it would take about 10 to 15 minutes.
The call with John A. was a record for how fast AT&T could solve a problem like this. I had to do this before a couple of times in my life, and I usually arm myself with patience for 1 to 2 hours. So it was very pleasantly surprising. Good job guys!! And if any of you can identify John A. please give him a pat on the back (and maybe a raise?) for being such an outstanding support.
