NEED NEW IP ADDRESS
MICROSOFT 365 AND GO DADDY HAVE NO EXPLANATION WHY OUR 6 EMAILS ARE NOT GETTING RECIEVED BY CLIENTS. THEY SAY, OUR EMAILS BEING BLACKLISTED, BLOCKED, AND QUARANTINED.
THYE SAID THEY SEE WHERE OUR EMAILS ARE"POOR EMAILREPUTATION"
THEY RECOMMENDED WE CHANGE OUR IP ADDRESS.
WE HAVE ATT MIS MANAGED INTERNET SERVICE AND VOIP PHONE. THROUGH THE FIREROPTIC LINE WHIHC I WAS TOLD WAS IP FLEX.
HOW DO I GET A NEW IP TO SEE IF THTA CLEARS THE CHALLENGE?

E-mails being sent through Outlook 365 should have Microsoft's Outlook 365's reputation and not be an issue.
E-mails going through a GoDaddy server would have your reputation. dave006's suggestions of getting your settings in order (PTR, MX, TXT [PKIP, et al]) are what you need to do. Blindly changing your IP address may help temporarily, but probably would not.

Finally, AT&T doesn't control the IP of your GoDaddy SMTP server. GoDaddy would.

How, exactly, are you sending these e-mails?
- Do you have your own SMTP server?
- If you do, do you have DKIP, PTR, etc. set up?
- Are you routing them through AT&T's SMTP server?

Dave, Att says we have MIS, managed internet service , not Uverse.
Uverse was unable to assist. They are trying to get a Tech support from that department on the phone.
have tried since 9 am still cant get he right department

Jeff, we have both Microsoft 365 and outlook on desktops. we send emails through the desk tops. Go Daddy is our email server. they see all emails leaving the server clean.

this is what MS and Godaddy say we should do next. they dont know where or how we ended up with "POOR EMAIL REPUTATION" we dont even know what that is.

we have the old Outlook, not Exchange. could that be an issue?

Not necessarily. How is Outlook on your desktops configured to send e-mail? What SMTP server, etc.?
