I have U-verse and 1000mb internet, however when I attempt to access that link I receive the following error: " We're sorry, the AT&T service you are attempting to access is not available using the login information you provided. To continue, please select the login button for one of the services below." I log into my account again and get into the same loop. This defies all logic.
Have you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Have you tried using another web browser to download the internet security?
We recommend using your member ID as your user name rather than your email when login in.

I normally use the Google browser so I opened Microsoft Edge, cleared the cache, cookies and retried using the member ID. I still received the same error " We're sorry, the AT&T service you are attempting to access is not available using the login information you provided. To continue, please select the login button for one of the services below." I log into my account again and get into the same loop.
Here is more information on the requirements that are needed to download the AT&T Internet Security Suite.
The member ID that you use for the login, is the AT&T email that you made when you signed up for your services. We suggest that you reset your password because this may re sync it on our end.

I'd rather not mess with a password reset. I did that a couple of months ago and it caused problems with the redirect to the Yahoo server. I had problems with outlook, thunderbird and cell phone email accounts. Took me a couple of days to figure that solution out. I think I'll just go with a different security company. But thanks anyway!
Understood, let us know if you have anymore questions or concerns. Thanks for choosing AT&T!
