Max.xom not working on PC

I am attempting to sign in through my provider, ATT, for MAX.  I get this message:

Can’t Verify Subscription

It looks like you don’t have access to Max through this provider.

If you think this is a mistake, please contact your provider directly. You can also try connecting through another provider.

I know this is in error and only started happening recently after the switch to MAX from HBOMax.

I have cleared cache and cookies for all time, as well as change my password.  Firefox can't even finish the redirect.  I am able to continue the process on Chrome, but I get the message listed above.

I have 2 TVs and a roku with MAX still on it, but I can't log in on any other device.

Is there any support I can get with this please?

We understand the importance of being able to access your Max.com account, and we are here to assist, @bulbuh16.

Just to confirm, have you been able to access Max through your AT&T account? If you have not, it is possible that your Max subscription is not registered yet.

To register your subscription, sign in to your AT&T account that is associated with the Max subscription. Look for the Max tile that says Start Streaming and then follow these steps:

  1. Click the tile and select Activate.
  2. Download the Max app from the App Store.
  3. Open the Max app and select the Person icon.
  4. Select Sign In, then Sign in with a Provider.
  5. Select AT&T and enter the AT&T User ID and Password.

We also recommend that you are using the right user ID, especially if you have more than one AT&T service. Only the ID whose account includes the AT&T subscription will work.

If you are still not able to access your account after attempting the above steps, please let us know so we can meet in a Direct Message and review your account to make sure everything looks correct.

Thank you being a part of the AT&T Community Forums.

Hi, I don't have a MAX tile for activating streaming.  I already did this in the past.

Hi there, bulbuh16. We understand that you are unable to activate your Max subscription or verify your subscription to Max. We can help with that.

Let's go ahead and move this conversation privately. This way we can review your account details to see what the root cause is. Be on the lookout for a chat notification, next to bell icon, in the upper right-hand portion of the page. Once you're there, we can continue this over the phone or over chat if you prefer.

Looking forward to getting this resolved.

I have the exact same issue.  I have called AT&T and they send me on a never ending loop of different call centers and wait times.  Months now...still not resolved.  May be time to change providers?!?
