Is it possible for your internet speed to be too fast and cause your internet to be spotty? [Video example inside]

Sorry if this is a silly question, but it's really bothering me. I had AT&T 1G fiber internet installed a month ago and I have this issue where typing something into a search bar takes forever to load the options or not even load at all despite me having an wi-fi speed of 400 Mbps.

Here's an example:

Sometimes, on Instagram, it also decides not to load comments at all sometimes as if my internet is really slow. Note this also happens in the app store as well. When I type in the search options, it will say I need to reload it for it to work. Sometimes it works flawlessly though with no issues, but it seems inconsistent.

When I turn off the wi-fi and just use my phone data, everything works perfectly with no issues at all (loads comments instantly, search bar options instantly, no having to reload) even though I get less than 10 Mbps on my phone data.

So, does this seem abnormal to anyone else?
