IPv6: Reverse DNS

I posted this also in the ATT Internet features forum, but since I'm an ATT Fiber Residential customer, I'll post here to see if someone more knowledgeable can help:

prov-dns@att.com says that ATT doesn't set IPv6 PTR's up.

dnsrequests@att.com bounces.

Is there anyone I can lobby to request that there be a way to delegate the IPv6 PTR zones (ip6.arpa) for the /60's

ATT gives out to a customers Name Servers, OR, a way to do T-SIG signed NSUPDATES?

Thanks!

Nope.  They (prov-dns@att.com) *DO NOT* support adding PTRs/NS's for IPv6.

What I'm looking for is who can I lobby to change that policy.

I'm *VERY* technical.  (I've been in the IT industry for >35 years).

Any progress on this item?  I'm also told that I cannot get static IPv6 addresses!  The IPv6 IA-PD (prefix request) is totally broken in the BGW210 (only hands out a single /64) and I would like to manage the /60 myself.
