Invalid $159 Charge - UNRESOLVED
I called ATT about a month ago to install an Ethernet port in my newly purchased home.
They said that a tech would come out... and he did...but he didn’t possess the skill set to do the requested wiring so he left.
Now I’m sitting with a $159 charge on my account and ATT repeatedly transferring between departments. This is my FIRST bill from ATT, what a first impression.
The technical support manager agreed that there are no technician notes to support these charges but they just keep transferring me around and each department essentially starts the conversation from scratch!
I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes on the phone with random Philipino reps with no luck. HELP!
