I'm looking for someone, ANYONE, to answer the chat box.
I don't care where you are, what your real name is, what languages you speak, or if you can REALLY actually make a decision tonight about how much I need to pay to get my home internet service unsuspended.
But if AT&T says they have 24/7 customer service, THEN THAT'S WHAT THEY NEED TO HAVE!
I'm able to pay my past due right now and then this month's charges when THEY are due. But I need to speak with someone who can actually release the suspension, and I'd like to chat with a 24/7 customer service agent...like tonight.

There is 24/7 support you need to call them. They don’t say 24/7 chat support this is a customer populated forum not At&t so they won’t see your post. Bottom line is if you have been suspended they require the account to be paid to zero before services are restored. This is automated so anyone you talk to won’t have the ability to override the computer to restore service without full payment. You can certainly try calling them. 1.800.288.2020

And to anyone who wishes to answer in the derogatory regarding to he unpaid balance, my household was abruptly affected by COVID-19... we've both lost employment and are fighting the Unemployment Office here in Florida while they (Edited per community guidelines) us around.
So excuse us if we decide to take care of food or rent or gas for the stove while we look for employment....and REALLY need the wifi to go job-searching while trying to stay indoors as much as possible.🙄
