I'm having a hard time canceling service
Trying to cancel internet service, or get a better deal. Been on hold for over an hour and 45 minutes. Any way to cancel without using a phone? I know they make you jump through hoops to cancel, but this is ridiculous.

Yes, which was probably a mistake. Called them a second time and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I gave up.
