I was promised $400 rewards on signing up for ATT Fiber and got only $150

I signed up for ATT fiber 1 GBPS on att.com and it was showing $150 reward card, I put my address and I got the message on screen saying 'This address qualifies for additional $150 rewards'. There were 2 promos running on att.com which were 'Winter50' and 'actnow', both were giving additional $50 each stackable rewards so total reward was $150 + $150 + $50 + $50 = $400. I placed the order online and saved the order copy, it is clearly written on the order that I will be getting $400 in reward cards after the installation.

The rep installed the internet on 02/24/2024. I received the email from att rewards on 02/26 but it was only for $150. I am clearly frustrated and disappointed that att promised something and under delivered. I would like att to fix it and issue me the promised additional $250 reward which is missing.

Before placing the order online, I talked with customer care and they were even bigger fraudsters, they said, not only I qualify for $400 reward card but you will also be getting smarthome kit which has smart doorbell, smart plugs and eco show 8 display and onxy bluetooth speaker. I don't know how to claim these things.

I was very happy Spectrum customer and was only paying $40 per month for 500 MBPS internet and had no issues. Because att rep gave me all those fake promises, I switched to att and they did not provide me what they promised.

Can we fix this?

Thanks,

Mandar Babar.

At least have the audacity to read the concern and then respond rather than responding the automated / fixed text.

to summarize, I received the $150 reward after installation where I should have received $400.

Now, I request you to read the post and then correct the issue.
