I have an ongoing problem with orders cancelled.
Hello:
I have been ordering equipment for the internet because mine is causing problems. I've been promised several times a delivery and nothing happens. I have chat reference numbers, employee id numbers and somehow it never arrives. Please make sure your customer representatives care about us! it is a nightmare. also, there should be a department were we can inform of misconducts and complain : address , phone number , email or fax, to resolve an ongoing problem.
