I am more than upset......what is this 'surprise' "CREDIT MANAGEMENT FEE" of $449.00?????????????
Hello, I need a member of upper management, a billing expert, or whatever AT&T would like to call it in your forums - possibly a forum expert? But in my "Welcome to AT&T" email - I see they charged my Visa 449$ which was not explained up front - just simply charged.... And I want that refunded immediately because of such.
I also am signed up for the TV, Latino package which I did not ask for - I want the package delivered in English only, all high definition. And the landline phone number that you equipped me with does work but my caller ID is showing a wrong party when I call others - I am going to assume someone else that previously had this number?
If a member of management emails me privately, I hope, I will then forward them an exact and true copy of this email received yesterday.
