How to change billing info on my ATT account for Internet
The AT&T website is maddening. I'm trying to update my payment account for my AT&T internet billing. When I go to ATT.com, sign in and click on my profile, it loops me over to the DirectTV website. When I click "My Profile" on the DirectTV website I get a message that I have an ATT account using the same login information and I can change my profile at ATT and it provides me a link. When I click that link I'm redirected back to the DirectTV once again.
This is insane and highly annoying. It's bad enough you can't talk to an actual person at AT&T.

We'd be glad to help you update your payment information and stop being routed to DirecTV, beckiehawk!
Let's see if you can sign in with the link in the following steps to check and see if you have a DirecTV account linked to your AT&T account.
Here are the steps to remove a linked account from your user ID:
Let us know how it went!

It did not go any differently than what I described at the beginning. Surely I'm not the only one whose Direct TV and ATT internet accounts were linked together.
When I clicked the link you provided, it took me to the Direct TV landing page. I clicked the Profile tab on the DirectTV landing page and got the attached message (see screenshot). I clicked the link at the bottom of this that says "CONTINUE TO ATT.COM" and it looped me back to the Direct TV landing page. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and getting the same result.

Hi there, beckiehawk. Thanks for coming back and letting us know that you still are getting the log-in loop with DirectTV. Let's look at this deeper.
We are going to move this interaction to the AT&T Direct Message space.
After our next message has been sent, you will see a chat icon next to a bell icon appear in the upper right corner of this thread.
