How to cancel service?
Already send the modem on feb and moved out, but still have charges on my bill for 200 dollars, anyone can help cancel this service, phoned them many times, no one can cancel it,

Hello @Peian Wang, we understand that you have questions about a bill you received.
Service can not be canceled in the store if you want to cancel service, you have to contact AT&T customer Service at 800-288-2020. Here is some helpful information on Canceling your service .

I don't have service for use since feb but charges still on my bill, Cancelled on feb in Atnt store also.
