How do I buy and set up a static IP

It would be more convenient if I could buy multiple (such as a block of 8?) since I also want to redirect some of the subdomains currently going to a rented server to my home pc. (my hosting provider is upping their prices 20%, in the case of my plan, 30 to 36)

Hi Rhoda, I have a BGW320-500 and am not sure of the plan I am subscribed to, I know that I have internet access via fiber if I'm not mistaken.

For help with ordering your block of Static IP Addresses, you'll need to call our Support team at 800-288-2020. They're available during the following times:

Mon - Fri from 7AM until 9PM CT
Sat - Sun from 8AM until 9PM CT

When you call, be sure to say Internet when prompted to give your service type. This will ensure that you're connected to the correct Support team. If you're asked for your account number instead, you should be routed directly to our Internet Support team.
