Giga Power Package with U300 Uverse 5 Receivers and Im getting burned on billing
So i was supposed to have the Giga Power Package with U300, 1000 MBPS of Internet and HD receivers for 5 TV's for what the lady initally signed me up for which was $`113 a month and a $100 bill credit on my cell phone bill which has 5 lines (which was converted to Unlimted data during the order) and what i ended up with is a $909 bill. I have called almost 10 times to ATT customer service listed below
1- Call to order service the call was recorded and the lady promissed me 4 time the items above were $113 a month plus taxes and $100 Cell bill credit Install came to my house and the order was only for 2 TV's 6 MBPS of internet and no HD. Install agent fixed order to install the 5 TV's and Gigapower but said i will have to call in for billing
2- Call was the same day and after 45 mins the agent said they could not see the order and to call back the next day.
3- Call three the next day after 24hours agent still cannot see the order i am told that they cannont do anything i state that i want the voice recording reviewed and that my billing is wrong and i have no idea what i am paying for. I was told it would be reviewed and i will get a call back 30 min call
4- Call 4 this is now 3 days later after a long hold time i get on the phone with someone as they have not called me back after the request to review the tape and i am told it can take up to 8 days. So i hang up to call again
5- Call 5 i call and talk with an agent and expalin myself for the 5th time i also explain as i have on the last calls that at Minimum the billing should match the online offer which is U300, Giga Power and 4 TV's for $145 and $10 for the firth TV so $155 and a $100 Cell Bill credit. The agent agress and talks to her Supervisor and states that she is resolving the billing down to that promotion and offers me a $213 Bill credit for lord knows what and says the billing is taken care of $155 a month with a $100 Bill credit.
So after 5 Calls and proabaly 5 hours of talking about this with ATT reps i have a $909 bill!!!!!!!!! This is not hte first time i have had Issues with ATT back in 2013 i trid them out and had to switch back to comcast because each and every day antoher tech would come out and i would loose service (this was at a Condo i was staying at for a short period of time, it was new and every neighbor that got service would disrupt mine). I am sick of ATT i am tired of calling and the next call i make will be to dump the Uverse, the internet and the 5 Cell phone line and go to Comcast, and T-Mobile.
ATT WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH YOUR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The kicker i have a very high end Wirless network comercial grade Gigabit router and wirless trnsfer rate well above 1000mbps mhy laptop is a new Mackbook Pro so my equipment isnt the issue the internet as tested bu OOKLA will not surpass 300mbs no matter what i do plug in directly to the modem, through my network router etc. This service is not a true Gig that is just the iceing to the billing is not acceptable.
Excuse the typos its late and i am tired of this company.
